Below are sales and delivery conditions that are valid for all orders with Spoiled Me. Conditions are valid in case other is not agreed between you as buyer and Spoiled Me as a seller.
You can order goods online in our online store and pay by direct bank transfer, PayPal, and credit cards as set out on www.spoiledme.com. Payment for the items and related costs will be due at the time we accept your order, once we have received the order.
All prices on the Spoiled Me homepage www.spoiledme.com including Danish Vat 25%, payment fees, and without delivery costs.
All delivery dates on www.spoiledme.com are given for general guidance. In most cases, we are able to deliver the item to you within our estimated delivery time, in case of any delay we will contact you to inform this.
If we are unable to deliver the items to you, then we will be entitled to cancel the Contract and if payment has already been taken, refund the costs of the items to you.
Goods are ready for shipment in 14-20 working days from the payment date unless goods are available in stock. All dresses are produced, when the order is placed and payment is arranged unless the other is not specified in the product description.
Shipment is arranged with Post Denmark with the postal service. International deliveries may vary in delivery time and we cannot set a fixed delivery date.
Please contact us if you need urgent delivery and we will arrange courier shipment at additional charges for your order as per the rate for your destination.
You must check items within the receipt and before use. If any errors or faultiest occur, these need to be informed to us within 5 working days on email@example.com with order reference and description of the problem. Failure to do so within 5 working days of receiving the item may result in refund rejection.
Shipments outside of the EU maybe be subject to additional customs fees and taxes. Spoiled Me does not responsible for extra charges and taxes.
All Spoiled Me items are made once an order is placed, we do not accept any cancellation of the order that had been processed.
Rush orders: for rush orders please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would like to help you and deliver the goods as soon as possible, but we have to charge you additional costs, which shall be agreed upon individually.
If you cannot find your size in our size guide, we will be happy to make our dresses/clothing after your specific measurements.

Refunds and Returns
As all Spoiled Me items are only processed once an order is placed, we are unable to exchange it or refund your order unless the item is a subject to faulty by us. When the item is deemed faulty by us, we will reclaim the issue at our own cost or offer you solution to fix the issue.
All Spoiled Me items are subject to a careful control before shipment and we take pictures of the items that we send to you prior to packing as extra control.
In cases where we do accept your refund request, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items returned if :
-item is in original packing
-item has not been used and retail seals are not broken
-item is in pristine condition

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Data privacy is of high importance for Spoiled Me and we want to be open and transparent with our processing of your personal data.
We therefore have a policy setting out how your personal data will be processed and protected.
We collect :
- Contact information such as e-mail address, telephone number and postal code to deliver the service you are requesting
- The registration of personal data and personally identifiable information is necessary in order to analyze how users use Spoiled Me websites through Google Analytics.
Spoiled Me collects and processes information about you when you:
• Provides information when you create or make changes to your user account with us in order to use certain services, such as creating a profile.
• Selects to sign up for Spoiled Me newsletter, thus accepting that we need to send you marketing material via email with information about news and great deals.
• Proposes payment of purchases (except card information);
• Send a query, complain or give us feedback; or
• In addition, personal information is provided to us via the website or otherwise.
Spoiled Me does not collect personal information from third parties about the customers.
Spoiled Me uses Stripe software platform and PayPal Payment Services to handle online purchases and does not store information about payment methods, eg card numbers on payment cards, bank accounts, or similar.

The Danish company, Spoiled Me ApS is the controller of the personal data you submit to us and responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection law.
Where do we store your data?
The data that we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) but may also be transferred to and processed in a country outside of the EEA. Any such transfer of your personal data will be carried out in compliance with applicable laws.
For transfers outside the EEA, Spoiled Me ApS will use Standard Contractual Clauses and Privacy Shield as safeguards for countries without adequacy decision from the European Commission.

We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside Spoiled Me ApS.
Data that is forwarded to third parties, is only used to provide you with our services. You will find what categories of third parties under every specific process below.
In order to further develop and improve Spoiled Me website, we provide statistics on how users use the pages. The statistics are only used in summary form, eg. to see which pages and browsers our customers use most.

Right to access:
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time. You can contact Spoiled Me that will provide you with your personal data via e-mail.

You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if they are incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
If you have a Spoiled Me account you can edit your personal data under your account and membership pages.

* You have an unsettled debt with Spoiled Me, regardless of the payment method
